About the Founder
Oria People Solutions is led by Kerry-Lee Hannon, a leadership and organizational effectiveness advisor with more than two decades of experience supporting organizations through growth, change, and transformation.
Before founding Oria, Kerry-Lee spent many years working directly within the HR and People & Culture function, partnering with executives and leadership teams from inside the organization. She has supported organizations at multiple stages of growth – from building foundational people practices to helping mature organizations navigate large-scale change.
Because she has worked inside the business, Kerry-Lee understands the practical realities leaders and HR teams face every day: competing priorities, limited capacity, urgent hiring needs, leadership transitions, and the pressure to deliver results while the organization continues to evolve.
She has seen organizations from every angle – advising executives, supporting managers, and working alongside HR teams responsible for implementing change. This experience allows her to quickly identify root causes rather than symptoms and design solutions that leaders can actually apply in real operational environments.
Kerry-Lee does not operate as a distant consultant or external trainer. She partners alongside leaders as they make real decisions, navigate team challenges, and implement change in real time.
Her focus is simple: help leaders become more effective and help organizations function better.
